Booking

When you contact us, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly team members. Let them know what your problem is and they’ll be happy to schedule a home/business property inspection or treatment for as soon as possible.

In most cases, our GreenPro certified sales representatives will be able to identify your issue over the phone. They’ll talk you through a plan of action, including the services and treatments you need. From there, they’ll work with your schedule to help schedule your service with one of our expert technicians who will take care of your pest problem.

In some cases, we might not be able to identify your problem over the phone - this is especially common if you have a rodent or termite issue. That means one of our sales reps will come out to your home to find out which pests you have and let you know how Natran plans to tackle them. Once the pests and treatment plan are identified, we’ll get you booked in with one of our technicians as soon as possible based on your availability.

Coming out to see you

The day before we arrive, you’ll receive a text message or email service reminder from us. On the day of your treatment, the technician will give you a call and a heads up about 30 minutes prior to arrival. We pride ourselves on being punctual, so you can expect us to be right on time.
