We look at every aspect of your building, including the foundations, the exterior walls, the exposed pipelines, the attic, and the roof.

This is where we look to find every single entry and exit point for rodents in your home. We use a number of top-quality materials to seal off these gaps, including expanding foam and high-gauge steel wire mesh.

After we’ve sealed all of the entry and exit points, we begin humanely catching the rodents. In most cases, we use our Catch and Release program and exterminate the rodents to complete the remediation process. We use snap traps, glue boards, and bait box traps. These will vary in size and quantity depending on the severity of your infestation and the types of rodents you have. Once we’ve set the traps, we’ll schedule our visits to take a look at the traps and remove the rodents until they’re all gone.

Our final visit will be where we decontaminate your home. We’ll use our specialist machine to release our green, botanical-based disinfectant as a fog. The fog distributes particles that are 50% lighter than air to make sure that the disinfectant gets into every nook and cranny. The fog eliminates bacteria and other nasties that could be left over from droppings, urine, and nesting materials.
