What to expect

When you hire us to take care of your roach infestation, this is what you can expect.

When your Natran technician visits you at your home, they’ll do an inspection and talk you through their findings. They will treat any roach infested areas and entry points. Plus, they’ll diligently search for any other areas that could attract pests, such as damp areas and holes in sheetrock.

After your interior has been treated, we’ll take a look at your building’s exterior. We’ll service your exterior regularly, creating an invisible 20 ft barrier around your home to keep roaches away.

Common Houston Roaches

If you have a roach infestation, it's likely that you either have German roaches or American roaches.

  • German Roaches

Light brown in color, German roaches have two stripes on their backs and the females are darker than the males.

They like the darkness and humidity and, if you find dark droppings in dark areas of your home, that’s a good indication that you might have an infestation of German cockroaches.

The sooner you get your German roach infestation looked at the better, as the females can lay enough eggs to create a swarm in very little time.

  • American Roaches

You might be able to tell if you have an infestation of American roaches if you see fast moving insects when you turn the lights on, egg capsules near food, or droppings that look like mouse droppings.

American roaches are generally larger than German roaches. They average between 1 and 3 inches long. In adulthood, this species of roach can fly and you’re more likely to find them living in dark spaces.
