Manage Your Natran Account Online

Managing your Natran account is easier than ever. Pay your invoices, view inspection reports, send messages and update your credit cards using your own Customer Connect+ portal. The Customer Connect+ portal is exclusive for both residential and commercial customers.

To setup a new Customer Connect account:

  1. Visit
  2. Select the option to use your email address and telephone number
  3. Enter your detail and submit

To update your credit card:

  1. Login at
  2. Menu > My Account > My Billing
  3. Select Your Payment Method
  4. Add New Card
  5. Enter your name and billing address
  6. Select Save This Card as my Primary Card
  7. Select Use This Card to Auto-Bill on All Locations
  8. Next  > Enter credit card details
  9. Add Credit Card
