Managing your Natran account is easier than ever. Pay your invoices, view inspection reports, send messages and update your credit cards using your own Customer Connect+ portal. The Customer Connect+ portal is exclusive for both residential and commercial customers.
To setup a new Customer Connect account:
- Visit myaccount.natran.com/signup
- Select the option to use your email address and telephone number
- Enter your detail and submit
To update your credit card:
- Login at myaccount.natran.com
- Menu > My Account > My Billing
- Select Your Payment Method
- Add New Card
- Enter your name and billing address
- Select Save This Card as my Primary Card
- Select Use This Card to Auto-Bill on All Locations
- Next > Enter credit card details
- Add Credit Card
