Job Summary

Candidate will be responsible for processing incoming resumes, performing pre-screening phone interviews, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews and additional HR duties including new employment paperwork, enrollment of benefits and 401 K.

Responsibilities and Duties


  • 100% full time of open positions.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Review, qualifying, reject incoming applicants
  • Phone pre-screening applicants
  • Recruiting potential candidates


  • 100% completion of all onboarding duties.
  • Managing the onboarding process of new employees.
  • Managing training schedule of employees
  • Safety control. Ensuring employees are in compliance with all safety standards.
  • EEOC compliance
  • Enrolling benefits, 401K
  • Compliance & processing

    • 100% compliance with all EEOC and legal requirements.
    • Workers compensation
    • Unemployment claims
    • Managing benefits


    • Warning notices
    • Terminating employees

    Qualifications and Skills

    Recruiting: 2+ years experience recruiting and hiring.
    Human Resource: 2+ years experience with Human Resource including onboarding, compliance, enforcement of company policies and separations.
    Language: Bilingual in Spanish and English helpful but not required
    Experience using JazzHR or similar ATS and HRIS software a plus
