Job Summary:

We’re seeking experienced outside sales representatives with prospecting experience to grow territories for our company. Natran Green Pest Control client base consists of commercial and residential customers seeking non-toxic pest control solutions

This position offers a chance to tap into the $8 Billion industry with potential for cross-selling and upselling. Key Performance Indicators:

10+ new clients from prospecting
25% minimum customer maintenance closure
55% overall lead closure rate
90% safety driving score in company vehicles (hard braking, speeding)

Responsibilities:

Inspecting homes and businesses including crawl spaces and attics
Point of sales with leads generated from the office
Seeking and closing new business within a defined geographic sector
Build a strong referral program from your promoter customers
Up selling additional services to customers
Signing up customers to our loyalty program
Prospecting and networking

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven track record (minimum 2-years) in pest control and termite sales
Proactive and fearless in generating new leads independently
Proven track record of increasing revenue within existing client base
Superior social and communication skills with a strategic focus on the end goal
Four year college degree preferred, but not required
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
