Job Summary

Position requires someone with experience leading, managing and holding a sales department accountable. Candidates should be relentless in their pursuit to win as a team while also being truly passionate about environment, sustainability and the green movement. Candidates must be willing to lead by example and work side-by-side with their sales team with continual coaching and development of training material for prolonged success in our sales departments. Ideal candidates must be eager to win while also being true to our companies core values.

Responsibilities and Duties

Serve as a key member of the senior management team that sets the company’s strategic sales and marketing direction, focusing on profitability, growing sales in the core, niche and new markets.
Overseeing the sales departments (inside and outside sales) to ensure maximum performance is achieved and monthly goals (KPI) are meet.
Setting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals
Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
Providing onboarding and ongoing training to sales departments (Estimating, cold calling, etc).
Sales presentations and “bigwig” sales opportunities.
Develop brand and communications strategy to effectively promote our services.
Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and gain new business within defined markets.
Key Performance Indicators for the Sales Division

Minimum of 65% closer rate on company generated leads with a annual goal of 65%-75%.
Minimum of 60% maintenance agreements closer rate.
Minimum of a 10% upsell/cross sales closure rate with an annual goal of 10% – 15%.
Minimum of a 3% warm call closure rate with an annual goal of 3% – 5%.
Minimum of 10 creative sells per rep, per month.
Increasing client base.
Customer retention.

Qualifications and Skills

6+ years experience in sales management.
Proven track-record (minimum 5-years) in direct or outside sales.
Proven track record of increasing revenue and customer count.
Superior social and communication skills with a strategic focus on the end goal
Four-year college degree preferred, but not required.
