Educate customers on services, explain pricing options, compose agreements and schedule work. Requires superior social and communication skills. This is a full time position.
Responsibilities and Duties
55% of higher closure rate for inbound sale.
30% closure rate for recurring maintenance plans.
Obtain a average sales ticket rate of $650 or higher.
Obtain a minimum 3% warm call closure rate with an annual goal of 3% – 5%.
Obtain a minimum 2% closure rate on prospecting calls with annual goal of 2%-4%.
Qualifications and Skills
Sales experience: Selling over-the-phone, following sales scripts. Experience working in a call center is a plus.
Computer experience: General aptitude working with computers. Knowledge of Pestpac software a plus but not required.
